Set up in the former episcopal seminary, the Treasury Museum of the Cathedral of Troia was built in 2006 to house precious works of art and liturgical objects. Divided into four sections, the exhibition itinerary features a part dedicated to silver gilt bronzes and ivories where it is possible to admire caskets, cruets, reliquaries and precious silver busts. In the section dedicated to liturgical vestments, tunicelle and Dalmatian planets sprout among which stands out, for example, the brocade cope of 1513 by Bishop Giannozio Pandolfini. All to be discovered are the scrolls dating from between 1034 and 1919 including papal letters, imperial donations and offerings. Not to be missed are the three Exultets, altogether more than 11 meters long made in the Benevento area of Cassino and rolled out on the ambo during the Easter Vigil between the ninth and twelfth centuries.
