The "Palazzo Pubblico" is the structuring element, together with the Church of the Holy Guardian Angels designed by Giovannoni, in Piazza Sempione, the heart of the "Aniene Garden City". Designed in 1921 by Innocenzo Sabatini, a typical example of "Roman Barocchetto", the building is characterized by a slightly curved shape, which encloses the northern part of the square, and is formally inspired by the Tuscan medieval town halls; spread over four levels; on the ground floor, a row of arches on ashlar pillars, creates a large porch along the width of the building, and supports a large terrace on the first floor. On the top, the bell tower stands out with a clock, which strongly characterizes the building. The visit is organized by the Visual Arts group of Grande come una città, which for the occasion will set up a photographic exhibition of the group's participants, with a story of some of the districts that make up the Town Hall.
