Josephine, as she was of French descent, does everything so that women can have an education so in Piazza Nicosia she organizes several women's libraries. Women have to pay a small fee to be able to access it to collect and maintain the many volumes. Giuseppina and her libraries, for educated women, for actresses and for workers. But not only that, because she believes that only culture can make women emancipate so it organizes different events and situations to reach women and involve them. It's not just about nascent feminism. In 1908 the first National Congress of Italian Women took place in Rome and Giuseppina intervened on various themes. Unfortunately, the war fervor of the First World War and the rampant fascism curb every feminist ferment. Giuseppina retires in Calabria in a colony to treat orphans and wounded.
